  • New director to strengthen Jönköping University’s work on external relations and engagement


    Jönköping University (JU) is taking a step to further strengthen its collaboration with the wider community by creating a new senior role: Director of External Relations and Engagement. The new role will help to develop and coordinate work on external relations, fundraising, collaboration and alumni activities – areas that are central to the university’s long-term development and competitiveness.

  • Leaders of Sweden’s higher education institutions visit Jönköping


    On 17 and 18 March, the Swedish Association of Universities and University Colleges’ highest decision-making body, the SUHF General Assembly, met in Jönköping to discuss current issues within the higher education sector. The meeting focused on topics including collegial governance, academic freedom and the use of AI by higher education institutions.
